Created in New Bern, NC, Pepsi is a refreshing pick-me-up beverage comparable to Coke (another Southern development from Atlanta, GA). The debate will forever rage which one is better. Coke is certainly a bigger company with a longer marketing arm, but blind taste tests say again & again it's Pepsi. And being that Scottish Highlanders settled deeply in this part of The Carolinas, McGee's will continue to support their ancestral product. Make yours a Pepsi Float by adding a scoop of Vanilla ice cream for $2 bucks.

Here's a "dirty little restaurant secret"....many times bars & restaurants will mix Lemon/Lime brands of soda with a splash of coke & call it "Ginger Ale".
